How to claim your money back:
To submit a Cash Back Offer (鈥淐laim鈥�), the Claimant must:
i.鈥���疨urchase an Eligible Philips Product(s) (as set out in Clause 16) from any participating Australian retail store during the鈥疨romotional Period and follow the steps below. Trade seconds products are excluded. Please note that Costco is not a participating retail store for this Promotion.

ii.鈥���疌reate a Philips account or sign in to your existing account;
鈥�&苍产蝉辫;
iii.鈥���疪egister your product, and choose the product you wish to claim your cash back from the list of products;
鈥�&苍产蝉辫;
iv.鈥���疉fter selecting your product, complete all fields on the official Online Claim Form (鈥淥nline Claim Form鈥�) with the Claimant鈥檚 personal information and product purchase details;
鈥�&苍产蝉辫;
v.鈥���疷pload a clear and legible scan or photo of the fully paid store or online purchase receipt, tax invoice or order confirmation indicating store name, store location (鈥渙nline鈥� if applicable), receipt number, date of purchase, model/item purchased and payment details (鈥淧roof of Purchase鈥�) for the Eligible Philips Product.

The above steps must be completed and the Online Claim Form and Proof of Purchase submitted by 5.00pm AEST on June 13, 2022.
