How to activate the AI for my Philips Air Performer on Air+ App?

Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Auto+ mode maximises performance of your Philips Air Performer AMF765 and AMF870, while minimising noise and energy consumption. To experience this feature, follow the instructions below to enable Auto+ mode on Air+ App.
Activating Auto+ mode
Before starting, please ensure that your AMF765 or AMF870 is connected to Air+ App.
If you do not see the Auto+ mode (Beta) in the app settings menu, please check the software versions in "Device Information". Go to App setting page by selecting "Settings", "Device Settings" and then "Device Information" and check if software is updated to:
If the versions are not updated, please repeat the above steps. If issue persists, please contact After-Sales Service for further support.
- Unplug the device from power outlet for at least 30聽minutes.
- Plug the device again to the power outlet and wait for about 10聽minutes while the device installs the new Auto+ mode (Beta) feature.
- Enable the Auto+ mode (Beta) in Air+ App Settings menu by toggling the switch to ON (indicated in image 1). The Auto+ mode should automatically appear in Air+ App menu when the device software is successfully updated.
If you do not see the Auto+ mode (Beta) in the app settings menu, please check the software versions in "Device Information". Go to App setting page by selecting "Settings", "Device Settings" and then "Device Information" and check if software is updated to:
- Wi-Fi firmware is on 74.2 or above
- Device firmware is on 0.8.3 or above
